We have several ways that you can become involved in CWA of Illinois.
A Prayer/Action Chapter consists of a group of women (and men) who meet on a regular basis to become INFORMED on the issues (Ephesians 6:18b), PRAY about the issues (Ephesians 6:18a) and for our leaders, and then ACT on the issues (Ephesians 6:20).
If there is not a Prayer/Action Chapter in you town, become a Prayer/Action Chapter Leader (PAL).
A Home Team Captain (HTC) is similar to a PAL. The main difference is that instead of holding regular meetings, the HTC forwards information she receives from CWA that needs prayer and action by mail, phone, or e-mail.
To find the chapter nearest you, or for information on becoming a PAL or HTC, please email CWAchapters@illinois.cwfa.org.
A tax-deductible donation of $25.00 or more to CWA of Illinois gives you a one-year membership to both the state and national organizations. Membership includes a subscription to CWA’s bimonthly magazine Family Voice. To join you may send a check to CWA of Illinois or use the donation box on the state web page.
