The 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled this week that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has no authority to fine broadcasters for nudity on broadcast television. The case involves the 2004 Super Bowl half time show features Janet Jackson's famous "wardrobe malfunction."
