Appeals Court Strikes Down Fine Against Janet Jackson's Super Bowl Show      7/22/2008

The 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled this week that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has no authority to fine broadcasters for nudity on broadcast television. The case involves the 2004 Super Bowl half time show features Janet Jackson's famous "wardrobe malfunction." Penny Nance, Special Advisor to FCC Chairman Kevin Martin, has more on what this ruling means for the thousands of broadcast indecency complaints piling up in the FCC's offices. Listen | Download
