The U.S. Appeals Court for the 2nd Circuit in Manhattan has struck down the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) policy restricting profanity on broadcast television when children are likely in the audience. CWA CEO Penny Nance and Dan Isett, Director of Public Policy for the Parents Television Council discuss the impact of this ruling and what families can do today to urge the FCC to appeal this decision.
