Join with Concerned Women for America in the March for Life

Sandy Rios and the staff of Concerned Women for America invite you to join us for the Annual March for Life on the 30th anniversary of Roe v. Wade on January 22, 2003 in Washington, D.C. If you would like to take a stand for upholding the sanctity of life in America, then you do not want to miss this event! We will be gathering at our national office in the heart of Washington, D.C. then joining the "March for Life." This is your chance, prior to the event, to come see our headquarters, meet the CWA staff, and join us in the March!

What:	Annual March for Life on the 30th anniversary of Roe
When:	Wednesday, January 22, 2003
Where:	Meet at CWA's office in Washington, D.C., then participate in the March for Life 2003
Who:	CWA's staff and you!

We will be gathering at our national office at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday morning, before we all walk to the Washington Monument. At noon that day, thousands of pro-life advocates will gather together in D.C. to prepare to march for the precious unborn. Plan to join us for this life-affirming event!

Schedule of Events for January 22, 2003:

10:45 - 11:00 a.m.	Meet at CWA's National Office
11:30 a.m.	Walk to the Washington Monument (only minutes away)
12:00 p.m.	Gather at the Washington Monument with other pro-life advocates
1:00 - 3:00 p.m.	"March for Life" down Constitution Ave to the Supreme Court

Be sure to dress warmly for that day, and we suggest you bring a bag lunch, due to the full day of activities. If you plan to join us, please RSVP by responding to CWA Events Coordinator Rachel Starr by e-mail, or by calling (202) 488-7000. We encourage you to join us for this important event!

Directions to CWA's office:
We are located at 1015 15th St., NW, Suite 1100, Washington, D.C.

Area parking garages are available, and the average cost is $11 for 3 or more hours. CWA is also one block away from the McPherson Square Metro.

If you decide to take the Metro, directions are as follows:

1. Take the ORANGE or BLUE line train to McPherson Square
2. Exit the platform in the direction of Vermont Ave and the White House
3. Walk north on 15th Street one block to the intersection of K Street. (upon exiting the station, you will see McPherson Square across the intersection - a grassy area with a statue of a man on a horse in the middle - walk up the street so that the square is on your right)
4. 1015 is across K street (Starbucks on ground level); entrance on 15th Street
5. Take elevator to 11th floor
