Partial Birth Abortion Argued Before the U.S. Supreme Court      11/9/2006



The U.S. Supreme Court recently heard arguments in two cases challenging the Partial Birth Abortion Ban. The question still unanswered is, how will the new make-up of the court, with Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito going to impact the court's ruling on these challenges? Concerned Women was present at the Court steps where several participants gave statements.
