Partial Birth Abortion Argued Before the U.S. Supreme Court      11/9/2006

The U.S. Supreme Court recently heard arguments in two cases challenging the Partial Birth Abortion Ban. The question still unanswered is, how will the new make-up of the court, with Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito going to impact the court's ruling on these challenges?
