US Supreme Court Upholds PBA Ban  4/18/2007
The U.S. Supreme Court, by a 5-4 decision, has upheld the ban on partial-birth abortions. Mat Staver, Founder of the Liberty Counsel and Dean of the Liberty University School of Law, says the victory goes to dedicated pro-life activists that didn’t give up after many previous defeats, and to voters who recognize how important their vote in a presidential election is to the issue of life and high court decisions. The Liberty Counsel filed amicus briefs in the cases considered by the Court, Gonzales v. Planned Parenthood and Gonzales v. Carhart. Listen | Download
