The Cheney family rightly announced and celebrated the birth of their 6th grandchild to their daughter Mary. However, as Matt Barber, CWA’s Policy Director for Cultural Issues notes, the Vice President and the White House went a step too far resulting in a confusing message from the White House on the nature of families and the best interests of children.
