House to Take Up Employment Non-Discrimination Act      9/18/2007

The U.S. House of Representatives is scheduled to take up the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) as early as next week. As Matt Barber, CWA’s Policy Director for Cultural Issues, notes, this bill is highly dangerous to the rights of the vast majority of American workers as it forces businesses and organizations to accommodate homosexual, transgender and cross-dresser proclivities.
