A panel on religion in the workforce sponsored by Diversity Inc, the leading business magazine for the promotion of diversity initiatives in the business world, was held without the view of Christians holding the traditional view of homosexuality. Why? As Peter LaBarbera, President of Americans for Truth, tells CWA’s Policy Director for Cultural Issues Matt Barber, it was because those sponsoring the panel were pressured by representatives of the Human Rights Campaign to withdraw his invitation. Pete adds that this situation points to a larger problem of viewpoint discrimination in the name of diversity; a problem that would only get worse if federal laws like the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) are enacted.
