For decades it has been pounded into the psyche of the world's population that over population was about to destroy the planet and all life therein. The evidence shows otherwise, according to Don Feder, Director of Communications for the documentary DVD Demographic Winter. This documentary interviews researchers, economists, demographers and diplomats about the overall worldwide decline in the human population. This decline can be traced to the increase of birth control and abortion and the decline of marriage. Feder adds that the consequences of a declining population can be staggering, and that only a change of heart in matters of faith, hope and world view can begin to reverse this decline.
