Senator Pro Tem Mike Gibbons presented the Winston Churchill Leadership Award.     6/18/2008

In behalf of The Family Leadership Council Kerry Messer, Missouri Family Network, made the presentation of the Winston Churchill award to Senator Pro Tem Mike Gibbons Friday, May 16, at a brunch reception held in the third floor rotunda of the State Capitol. Senator Gibbons was honored for his steadfastness in good leadership in the Missouri General Assembly.
