Florida Jury Convicts Big-Name Pornographer on Obscenity Charges      7/10/2008

Attempts to prosecute illegal obscenity have been few and far between during the Bush administration. However, Bob Peters, President of Morality in Media, says with one exception juries convict when presented with the evidence. The latest prosecution occurred in Tampa, Florida, where a jury convicted well-known, California-based pornographer Max Hardcore on all 10 counts of distributing obscene materials.
