Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act Introduced      9/24/2008

A new bill introduced by Rep. Trent Franks, R-Arizona, calls for an end to sex- and race-selection abortions. While the United States is quick to condemn abortions for such reasons, it is not illegal here. Meanwhile, evidence shows that the practice is spreading in western nations.
