U.S. Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Lisa Miller Case      10/6/2008

Click for more multimedia content.

The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear Lisa Miller's challenge to a Vermont custody decision that declares her former lesbian partner a parent to Miller's daughter Isabella. While this is disappointing, it is far from the end of the battle to preserve Lisa's custody of her daughter and parental rights in our nation. Rena Lindevaldsen, Liberty Counsel attorney and professor at Liberty University School of Law, who represents Miller, gives us an update as well as tells us how we can pray for Lisa and Isabella.
