The Equal Housing and Employment Act (EHEA) H.B. 176 is working its way through the Ohio General Assembly. If passed, this bill would impact the freedom of businessmen and women to operate their enterprises in accordance with their personal religious convictions. It would also require that school children be taught to accept and applaud those of various sexual orientations and presentations - regardless of their upbringing or the view of their parents.
