For the first time in memory we are heading into a U.S. Supreme Court confirmation hearing where we are debating the nominee’s commitment to the Bill of Rights. Several conservative legal minds address the issues surrounding Sonia Sotomayor’s qualifications for our nation’s highest court and what must be done to insure those issues are addressed by the U.S. Senate.
