North Dakota Wins Ultrasound Lawsuit      8/13/2009

Janne Myrdal, State Director for CWA of North Dakota breaks the news that her state has won the ultrasound battle. North Dakota passed a law requiring abortion clinics to provide each client with an ultrasound of their baby before an abortion is performed. Red River Women's Clinic, backed by New York-based Center for Reproductive Rights, challenged that law as "confusing and onerous." Listen | Download
