It has been 10 years since major research was conducted on the effectiveness of home schooling. That research found that home schooled students scored and average of 30 percentile points higher than the national average on standardized tests. Michael Farris, Chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association, brings us news of a new study, Progress Report 2009, which shows even better results, and answers some of the lingering questions raised by critics.
