Lisa Miller Update      8/27/2009

Click for more multimedia content.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) had requested that the court throw Lisa Miller in jail and order her to pay their legal bills, in the on-going battle over custody of Lisa's daughter. Thanks to your prayers, the Lord intervened and the judge denied both requests from the ACLU, while also moving all future court hearings to Bedford County, VA, where Lisa and her daughter now live. Mathew Staver, Founder of Liberty Counsel and Dean of Liberty University School of Law, shares this update on the legal battle between Lisa Miller and her former lesbian partner Janet Jenkins over the custody of Lisa's daughter. He also gives us a preview of the next matter for prayer, oral argument before the Virginia Court of Appeals this fall. Listen | Download
