New Hampshire Homeschooler Ordered into Public School      9/2/2009



A 10-year-old home school student who has been ordered by the Family Division of the Judicial Court for Belknap County, New Hampshire, into government-run school, as a part of her divorced parents' renegotiated parenting plan. According to court documents, the only reason the court ordered the changing in schooling was the girl's staunch defense of her Christian faith. John Anthony Simmons of Hampton, New Hampshire, an affiliate attorney with the Alliance Defense Fund, is representing the mother and daughter in the appeal of this decision. Listen | Download
