President Obama's first judicial nominee, Judge David Hamilton, is expected to receive a vote in the Senate this Tuesday. Judge Hamilton is the judicial activist that once ordered prayers in the name of Jesus at the Indiana State House be stopped and later said that praying in the name of Allah was okay.
