Harriet Miers Withdraws Her Nomination to the High Court      10/27/2005


Late Wednesday evening, CWA announced that it was calling for the withdrawal of Harriet Miers’ nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court. Early the next morning, Miss Miers voluntarily stepped down.
