
Federal Court Rules against Philadelphia Christian Protesters

The Christians arrested for witnessing the Gospel on a public street during Philadelphia’s 2004 “OutFest” have lost their civil case in federal court. The group, known as the Philadelphia Eleven, had sued the city of Philadelphia and Philly Pride Presents, Inc. for violation of their civil rights.
