Those who track and prosecute child predators note that they come from all walks of life and gravitate to places where children can be found. Given that, parents must always be on guard and discerning, even in seemingly “safe” places like summer camp and church. Robert Balfe, the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, has seen the dangers first hand.
