Senator Sam Brownback (R-Kansas) is introducing two amendments today to the Financial Services Appropriations bill that clarify the broadcast indecency law under attack by the courts. Your support is needed if the Federal Communications Commission is to retain its power to fine stations for profane content when children are in the audience, and to have the power needed to fight excessively violent programming.
