The U.S. Senate is launching an investigation into the actions of Sen. Larry Craig (R-Idaho), over circumstances surrounding his June arrest in a restroom at the Minneapolis, Minnesota Airport. Matt Barber, CWA's Policy Director for Cultural Issues, says that this unpleasant situation is yet another high-profile case vindicating Ft Lauderdale, Florida Mayor Jim Naugle's crackdown on the misuse of public facilities by practicing homosexuals.
