On March 15, Americans from across the nation will gather on the National Mall to show support for our military and their mission. The event, called an Eagles Muster, coincides with an effort to discredit our troops called Winter Soldier II. Col. Harry Riley, USA ret., Chairman and President of Eagles Up!, the organization sponsoring the Muster, discusses the reasons for the timing of this gathering and how you can participate in this event as well as others happening across the nation.
