Countering Liberal Corporate Activism

For a number of years liberal activists, particularly those promoting the homosexual agenda, have made inroads into corporate America, convincing businesses that it's their corporate responsibility to promote abortion on demand, homosexual "rights" and other social reforms. Christian-owned businesses, which are often smaller, have been slow to respond and until now, lacked the power to join forces to take a counter stand for righteousness. Matt Barber, CWA's Policy Director for Cultural Issues, introduces us to Shawn Akers, CEO of King's Highway, L.L.C. King's Highway is a new endeavor that seeks to provide a marketing outlet for Christian-owned firms and Israeli imports, provide customers with a trusted directory of Christian-owned companies, promote business-to-business relationships within the body, as well as giving a voice to firms with a pro-family, biblical sense of social responsibility.
