Renewing America’s Anti-Terrorism Commitment

Today working to train law enforcement, military and government security professionals, John Giduck and John Anderson have an extensive knowledge of terrorist tactics and targets worldwide. Those tactics have been used to strike in the U.S. not only at the World Trade Center, but our schools – what Giduck calls our nation’s most vulnerable target. They discuss some of their experiences and share their views on how a commitment to national security can be revived, how everyday citizens should be prepared to react to acts of domestic terrorism, and how citizens can best honor the commitment of the men and women who have chosen to serve and protect our nation. Giduck and Anderson have experience in Chechnya, Sudan, Vietnam, Russia, and Afghanistan. Also, Giduck has had first hand knowledge of many school attacks, from the Chechen siege on the school in Beslan, to attacks at Platte Canyon High School, the Nickel Mines (Amish) School, to Virginia Tech.
