California County Clerks Urged to Ignore Court's Marriage Ruling

County clerks across the state of California are being offered legal defense if they ignore the state Supreme Court's ruling on same-sex "marriage," which also illegally ordered counties to start issuing marriage licenses to homosexual and lesbian couples beginning at 5:01 PM on June 16. Matt Barber, CWA's Policy Director for Cultural Issues, spoke with Gary Kreep, Executive Director of the United States Justice Foundation, which is offering its services in defense of county clerks who uphold the state's constitution rather than an overreaching judicial decree.
