In a move that surprised many, the Massachusetts State Senate has voted to repeal the "1913 Law," a law that bans out-of-state couples from marrying in Massachusetts when their home state would not recognize the union. There is still time to stop this drastic move which would make Massachusetts the second state to marry out-of-state same sex couples.
