
Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rules "Hate Crimes" Passed Unlawfully

In 2004, 11 Christians were arrested, jailed and slapped with felony charges all for peacefully witnessing the love of Christ to those attending the taxpayer-funded "Outfest." While the state's highest court did not rule on the merits of the "hate crimes" law when confronted by constitutionally-protected religious speech, it did rule that lawmakers flouted the state constitution in their passage of this bill.
