Supreme Court Year in Review 2007-2008

Four key cases handled by the United States Supreme Court this past session highlight the dangers of judicial activism on our government and justice system. Mario Diaz, CWA's Policy Director for Legal Issues, looks at cases that had a major impact on the prosecution of child pornography, maintaining the integrity of our election processes, giving enemy combatants access to our domestic legal system, and the imposition of international courts on our justice system. All four of these cases are looked at in depth in CWA's Annual Supreme Court Year in Review, 2007-2008. Listen | Download
