Liberty Counsel Files Motion to Intervene in Prop 8 Challenge

Proposition 8, the voter-approved amendment to the California State Constitution that defines marriage as only between one man and one woman, was in affect for just hours when same-sex "marriage" advocates filed lawsuits seeking to overturn it. Representing Campaign for California Families, the Liberty Counsel has now filed a motion to intervene with the same court.
