
German Homeschoolers Seek Political Asylum in the U.S.

It has long been known that the treatment of homeschooling families by German officials has been some of the harshest around the world and certainly the harshest among western European nations. Families seeking to educate their own children, often for religious reasons, face punishing fines, imprisonment and even losing the custody of their children. With those threats in mind, one family of German homeschoolers has taken the step of seeking political asylum in the United States. Michael P.
