Call Now to Oppose David Ogden as Deputy Attorney General
![]() |
President Barack Obama has nominated David W. Ogden to be the second in command at the Department of Justice, a position that involves the daily management of the agency. As such, Ogden's record makes him the most problematic of all Obama nominees to date.
