Legislation has been proposed that would require radio stations to provide time to opposing views in their programming. Called the Fairness Doctrine, the proposal would resurrect the law that was in effect from 1949 to 1987. Ronald Reagan lifted that regulation leading to the vibrant and growing talk radio genre. He also shares information on a petition against the Fairness Doctrine that you can sign. Listen | Download
