Another Former Lesbian Partner Petitions Court for Parental Rights Over Unrelated Child



In a case similar to Lisa Miller's in Virginia, a woman is taking her former lesbian partner to court to gain parental rights over the woman's biological child. In this case, Lara Embry is asking the Second District Court of Appeal in Florida to ignore Florida's laws and enforce the parental rights granted her to Kimberly Ryan's daughter, by the state of Washington.
