WWJD Challenged as Offensive and Harassing by Big Business

Bullseye Collection Agency, a small family-run business based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, distinguishes itself through business practices that demonstrate respect and diligence, which is proclaimed in their letterhead with the acronym “WWJD.” The use of that acronym has now been challenged by its competitor Bureau of Collection Recovery, LLC (BCR), one of the largest collection agencies in the nation, as a violation of the federal Debt Collection Practices Act.
