New Effort to Stop the "Bailout" of Judge Sotomayor



As Senators return home this week for the July 4th recess, it is crucial that they hear from you on the importance of the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court. We must let them know that judicial nominations are a priority for us and that we want them to engage in a meaningful debate on the proper role of a judge. Are judges supposed to be impartial or are they to show preference towards one group or another as Sotomayor suggests?
