![]() |
Evidence of Sotomayor's personal bias and her distorted view of the Constitution and the proper role of a judge continue to be raised by a multitude of sources. Phillip Jauregui, President of the Judicial Action Group (JAG), and Nicholas Beckham, Staff Attorney with JAG, speak about the nomination of Judge Sotomayor and expose another grave concern with her judicial philosophy: the role that international law should play in our domestic courts.
