With the President's Cap-&-Trade energy bill past the House of Representatives, the push is on by its supporters to get a favorable vote in the Senate. While liberals are promoting this bill as a way to preserve the environment and stimulate new job growth, Cal Beisner, Ph.D., National Spokesperson for the Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation, says this bill amounts to a massive back door energy tax that will do little to improve the environment. He shares the insights of many climatologists, meteorologists, and other scientists who have gathered to express their doubts about manmade climate change. Those scientists, along with Evangelicals concerned for our nation, our planet and its underprivileged populations, have joined to form the Petition Project and WeGetIt.org a project of the Cornwall Alliance.
