Red or Blue? It's Written All Over Your Face



A new study from the Psychology Department at Tufts University finds that the differences between Republicans and Democrats boil down to two traits, nurturing and safeguarding. The study also found that, based on those two qualities, participants could successfully sort strangers by political persuasion simply by looking at their snapshots. Dr. Janice Crouse, Senior Fellow and Director of the Beverly LaHaye Institute, says that the study's findings of a mommy-daddy political divide fits with our nation's modern political history and has interesting implications for the future.
