Evangelicals Release Statement on Illegal Immigration

While the federal government is charged with securing our borders, states like Arizona are stepping up to do a job the feds are currently leaving undone, and they are being both praised and criticized for their efforts. In all of this, is there a role the church should play in solving this critical problem? Recently, the Southern Baptist Convention, the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC), and other Evangelical organizations released a statement called "The Answer to America's Immigration Dilemma: A Just Integration Strategy."
