
Ohio Citizens Battle ObamaCare Mandates

With the state's legislature and Attorney General turning a deaf ear to the cries from citizens, Ohioans are taking the initiative and are proposing a state constitutional amendment that would, "preserve the freedom of Ohioans to choose their health care and health care coverage." This amendment, drafted by the 1851 Center for Constitutional Law, is being promoted by the Ohio Liberty Council, a coalition of some 40 grassroots groups in the state. Chris Littleton is the president of the Ohio Liberty Council and he spoke with CWA Policy Analyst Martha Kleder about the ongoing petition drive and how Ohio citizens can help this effort.
