The Real Consequences of "Empathy" in the Court!

UPDATE: On June 10, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed Robert Chatigny's nomination out of committee on a 10-8 party line vote (with Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California declining to vote). Who is Robert Chatigny? He is President Obama's nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and a judge who has ignored women's safety to show "empathy" to a serial rapist and murderer. As the nation's largest public policy women's organization, CWA is leading the charge against his nomination. He should not be rewarded with a promotion. Watch this video and see why!
