Kagan's Resume



The confirmation hearings are underway for Elena Kagan, President Obama's pick for Justice Stevens' seat in the U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Janice Crouse, Senior Fellow and Director of the Beverly LaHaye Institute, says the first thing a potential employer should do is look at the candidate's resume to determine if they have the required skills to do the job they are applying for. Crouse says that in Kagan's case, she has zero record of being balanced and judicial yet quite a long history of just the opposite - activism.
