Abortionist Pleads Guilty, Heads to Jail

On the third anniversary of their daughter's death, Tom and Eileen Smith were prepared for the trial of the abortionist who took her life. Instead of a lengthy trial, the Smith family was blessed with the guilty plea of Dr. Rapin Osathanondh. Eileen, who we introduced you to in 2008, gives us this update on the resolution of her case and notes that if a quack abortionist can be convicted in Massachusetts, there is hope for prosecuting others across the country.
