Taking environmental policy to new heights, President Obama is now recycling failed judicial nominations. This week we learned that a collection of controversial judicial nominees has been re-nominated. These judges are the worst of the worst - too radical to move through the confirmation process in a Democrat-controlled Senate. CWA's Director of Legal Issues Mario Diaz says these nominees include Robert N. Chatigny, the judicial defender of the infamous Roadside Strangler. Listen | Download
