Kansas Supreme Court Allows Criminal Case Against Planned Parenthood To Go Forward

The huge 107-count criminal case against Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri has been returned to the Johnson County District Attorney's Office for prosecution. These charges were filed in 2007 by then-Attorney General Phill Kline.
